LUYOR-3320表面瑕疵檢查燈，利用適合的光纖燈源，在工件表面折射出光路，使得操作員肉眼可識(shí)別出工件表面的灰塵、刮痕、毛刺、凹凸、油墨等瑕疵點(diǎn)，取代傳統(tǒng)的照明設(shè)備 和光學(xué)系統(tǒng)機(jī)臺(tái)，直接通過(guò)照明光線和肉眼，觀測(cè)出一般玻璃表面、部件表面的瑕疵，極大的節(jié)省了一般工廠的采購(gòu)成本。產(chǎn)品主要用于鏡片、液晶玻璃、手機(jī)玻 璃、模具、汽車、手機(jī)保護(hù)膜、柔性基板、網(wǎng)版絲印等行業(yè)。
LED平行光表面檢查燈可以檢測(cè)1μ的表面臟污，比傳統(tǒng)的檢查燈，效用增強(qiáng)10倍左右。 同時(shí)，表面瑕疵檢查燈，可選配電池包、燈源遮光罩、活動(dòng)手臂、支撐架、調(diào)光裝置等附件，以配合人員的固定場(chǎng)所或者流動(dòng)場(chǎng)所的使用。

白光：刮傷以及對(duì)不同層次的鍍膜均勻或微污染有很好的效果。
綠光：微刮傷、粉塵異物、Mura，，70%以上的表面不良都可以被檢出。尤其是表面的微刮傷。
黃光：微刻模具、半導(dǎo)體晶圓、藍(lán)寶石。模擬全波段的鹵素光源，對(duì)鍍膜檢查效果不錯(cuò)。
